First Aid & Health (managing medical conditions, administering medication)
Learning support (referrals for extra help in literacy/numeracy)
Wellbeing support (counselling, behaviour support, social skills programs)
Chaplaincy program (friendship groups, lunchtime activities)
Access to specialists (Guidance Officer, Speech Pathology referrals, Occupational Therapy links)
Medical Needs
If your child requires medication at school:
Complete the Consent to Administer Medication form
Provide medication in its original pharmacy-labelled packaging
Supply any necessary Action Plans (asthma, anaphylaxis, diabetes, epilepsy)
Please allow up to 48 hours for this to be processed before your child will start to reveive the medication at school. This has to go through a thorough check from our HOSES first as alligned with Department of Education. If your child requires medication that same day you will need to come in and give this dose to your student
Arrivals & Departures
Late Arrivals
If a student arrives after the morning bell, they must come directly to Student Services with their parent/carer.
A late slip will be issued, which the student must take to their classroom teacher.
This ensures your child is marked present and accounted for on the roll.
Early Departures
If you need to collect your child early, parents/carers must first present to Student Services.
Once you arrive, we will call your child up from class.
To reduce class disruptions and accomodate for sick bay, we cannot call students out of class before a parent/carer is physically at Student Services.
Please allow enough time for your child to pack up and walk from their classroom to the office, especially if you have appointments to attend.
